Privacy Notice
What Fourshelf is
Fourshelf is a reporting and catalog-management tool for marketplace sellers. It connects to a seller's own accounts on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Shopify, and to order-management tools the seller already uses, and shows the seller's own data back to them on one screen.
Data we process
- Account data you give us to sign in: name, company, email address.
- Marketplace data your connected accounts return through their official APIs: listings, orders, fees, settlements, advertising spend, inventory and reports. This can include your customers' names, shipping addresses and order contents as the marketplaces provide them.
- Costs and settings you enter: unit costs, targets, carton specifications.
- Usage data: server logs with IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: computing profit and loss, checking listing health, keeping your catalog consistent across your own stores, planning inventory, and alerting you. We do not sell data, do not use your data to advertise to anyone, and do not use your customers' data for any purpose other than showing you your own orders.
Marketplace credentials
Connections use each marketplace's own authorisation flow (for example Amazon Selling Partner API authorisation and Walmart Marketplace OAuth). Tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and used only to call that marketplace on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from the marketplace's own settings, and we delete the token when you disconnect a store or close your account.
Use of information received from Amazon APIs adheres to the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, including Amazon's data protection requirements for personally identifiable information. Use of Walmart data adheres to the Walmart Marketplace Solution Provider terms.
Where data lives and how long
Data is hosted in the United States on Fly.io infrastructure with encrypted storage. Marketplace order data older than 24 months is deleted on a rolling basis; customer personally identifiable information contained in orders is retained only as long as needed to display the order and no longer than the marketplace's own retention rules allow. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closing your account.
Who we share with
Our hosting provider (Fly.io) and, where you have connected them, your own marketplaces and order-management tools. No other third parties, unless required by law.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data, disconnect any store, or close your account by emailing hello@fourshelf.com. We answer within five business days.
Security
Access is by individual sign-in over HTTPS only. Credentials are never shown in the interface or logs. Writes to a marketplace are previewed before they are applied.
