Terms of Service
1. The service
Fourshelf shows a seller their own marketplace data and, when the seller chooses, applies changes to the seller's own listings. You must have the right to connect every account you connect. You remain responsible for your listings, prices, inventory and compliance with each marketplace's rules.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under it. One account is for one company.
3. Data
Your data stays yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Notice. You can export or delete it at any time.
4. Marketplace changes
Any write to a marketplace is shown to you as a preview first and applied only when you confirm it. Marketplaces process changes asynchronously and may reject or alter them; we report the outcome we can read back but cannot guarantee a marketplace's result.
5. Estimates
Profit figures combine data from your marketplaces with costs and rates you provide. Where a marketplace has not yet posted a fee, refund or advertising charge, the figure is an estimate and is labelled as such. Fourshelf is not accounting or tax advice.
6. Fees
Early access is free. Paid plans, when introduced, are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing month. We will give at least 30 days' notice before charging for a previously free account.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.
8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or a marketplace's rules, with notice where practical.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
